Each ball is brushed to remove the factory wax, treated with a proprietary mix of creams and lotions, heat-conditioned, and polished repeatedly. The finishing touch? The famous Lena Blackburn rubbing mud — the same used by professional football and baseball teams — which creates a deep walnut color and a soft, tacky grip that feels broken-in from day one.
